Obituary for Mary Katherine Wade
Mary Katherine Wade, 81, of New Martinsville, WV passed peacefully from this life on Tuesday, May 31, 2022 while at Genesis New Martinsville.
Mary was born March 31, 1941 in Johnstown, PA daughter of the late David Price and Emma Doty.
She was a homemaker and loved her family.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Wade; companion, William Palmer; son, Jason “Slug” Wade; grandson, Dustin Wade; two sisters, Gloria Goudy, Frannie and Rosemary Hawkey and five brothers, Kenneth Doty, Richard Doty, Robert Doty, Sonny Doty, Royal Doty and Loyal Doty.
Surviving are her six sons, Brian Wade, Warren Wade, Terry (Tammy) Wade, Richard “Scooter” (Trisha) Wade, Shane Wade and Jared Wade all of New Martinsville, WV; two daughters, Sherri (Mike) Tuttle of Middlebourne, WV and Nina (Matt) Fleming of Akron, OH and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Friends received 4-7 p.m., Friday, June 3, 2022 at the Jarvis-Williams Funeral Home, 1224 S Bridge St., New Martinsville, where funeral service will be held 11 a.m., Saturday, June 4, 2022 with burial to follow in Paden Memorial Gardens in Paden City.
