Mary Alice Fordyce, 74, of Paden City, WV our beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother parted this life on Tuesday, November 22, 2022 while at Ruby Memorial, with her kids at her bedside. She was born June 13, 1948 to the late Ed and Martha (Shreves) Miller.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, James “Jim” Fluharty; daughter, Carmen Brown; sister, Betty Anderson and two brothers, Jerry Miller and James Miller.

Surviving is her husband, Hartzel Fordyce; children, Connie (Ronnie) Price of Worthington, WV and Donald (Angel) Fluharty of Mannington, WV; grandkids, Joshua (Carolyn) Clements, Chelsie Clements, Cody (Kaitlyn) Fluharty, Dawson (Jordan) Fluharty, Cheyenne Fluharty, Dalton Fluharty; great grandkids, Chloe Clements, John Volek, Miley and Paisleigh Fluharty, Faith Fluharty, Beau Fluharty; two step-grandsons, Jason (Wanda Carbasho) Brown and Michael Brown; two sisters, Joyce Greathouse and Ruth Burr; in-laws, Junior Fordyce, Gerald (Carol) Fordyce, Clyde (Connie) Fordyce, Anna Pearl Efaw, Paul Fordyce, Curtis Earl Fordyce and Carolyn (Bernie) Butts and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Friends received 4-7 p.m., Friday, November 25, 2022 at the Jarvis-Williams Funeral Home in Paden City, where services will be held 11 a.m., Saturday, November 26, 2022. Burial to follow in the Wiley Cemetery up Piney Fork.
