Obituary for Logan Blake Yoho
Logan Blake Yoho, 24, of Proctor, WV passed from this earth on November 27, 2022. Logan was born March 22, 1998, in New Martinsville, WV. He will be remembered for his big heart, goofy smile, never meeting a stranger and always rooting for the underdog. His immense love for the outdoors, his many Dodge trucks, his RZR and working in the garage with his buddies. He was preceded in death recently by his father, Ray Yoho on September 1, 2022, and his many great grandparents whom Logan was lucky enough to know most of before their passing.
Logan is survived by a very large and loving family who will carry on his memory in his absence; wife, Ashley Tharp Yoho of Proctor; children, Ryker and Alayna Yoho of New Martinsville, Grayson Orr of Texas; stepchildren, Winston, Langston and Burklee at home and baby girl Yoho due in February 2023 who he was excitedly awaiting. His mother, Heather Larsen Allen and stepfather Jim of Lansing, OH; sister, Baylee Raye (Tiara Bassett) Yoho of New Martinsville; maternal grandparents, Anita (Garry) Harlan and Don (Mandi) Larsen all of New Martinsville; paternal grandparents, Roy and Darlene Yoho of Proctor who Logan was extremely close with; step mother, Jennifer Yoho of FL; aunts and uncles, Holly Harlan of Parkersburg, Danielle Larsen of Louisiana, Summer and Chuckie Richards of Pennsylvania, Josh Larsen and Miklynn Morgan of Proctor, Bub Yoho and Stacey Evans of Proctor, Alyvia Morgan, New Martinsville, and Wesley, Morgan and Maddie Whiteman of Sistersville, cousins, Mason, Gryffith, JoshA’lynn, Kaiden, Garrett, Connon, Madi, Kohen, who Logan lovingly called Buddy, Quinn, Kerstin, Tanesha and daughter Wrenleigh, Sadie Jo, Rylan “Bubba” and Riley “Cooper”, Jacob, Ayden, Avery and Charlee; in-laws, Cindy and Tim Tharp; sisters-in-law, Tori Tharp and Tara Tharp all of New Martinsville; step grandparents, Tom and Janet Allen; step aunt and uncle, Jill and Rodney Gannoe all of Saint Clairsville, OH; step cousins, Thomas and Jonah. Special friends, who were more like family to Logan, Pickle, Billy, Ricky, Bodhi, Ian and Andy. May your late nights that turn into mornings at the garage always remind you of him. In Logan’s memory be kind to others because we do not know what each other are battling behind that smile and bubbly laugh.
Friends received 2-8 p.m., Saturday, December 3, 2022, at the Jarvis-Williams Funeral Home, 1224 S Bridge St, New Martinsville where service will be held 2 p.m., Sunday, December 4, 2022. Burial to follow in the Parson and Yoho Cemetery near Proctor, WV.
