Obituary for Margaret E. "Marge" Myer (Workman)
Margaret “Marge” E. Myer, 81, of Paden City, WV died peacefully on Tuesday, December 27, 2022, with her family by her side.
Marge was born August 22, 1941 in New Martinsville, WV daughter of the late Benjamin “Bennie” and May Alice (Pyles) Workman.
She was a retired caregiver for REM, past member of the VFW in Sistersville and Sistersville American Legion, current member of the Paden City Eagles since 1972 and member of the Paden City Church of the Nazarene.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers, three sisters and two grandsons, Jeffery Scott Smith and Jeremy Dinger.
Surviving are her four children, Larry “Rusty” (Sherie) Myer of Moundsville, WV, Debra (Kenny) Barr and Kathy (Gene) Smith and Sondra Jo Dinger all of Paden City, WV; one sister, Marie Hoskins of New Martinsville, WV; nine grandchildren; several great grandchildren; many great-great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
At Marge’s request there will be no services. Burial held at the convenience of the family in Northview Cemetery.
