Obituary for Ronald Dale Williamson
Ronald Dale Williamson, 79, of Sistersville, WV was reunited with his wife of fifty-five years, Brenda J. (Smith) Williamson on Thursday, April 13, 2023, in Belmont, WV.
Ron was born August 31, 1943, in Sistersville, WV son of the late John Everett and Phyllis (Light) Williamson.
He was a retired Production Worker for the former Ormet, enjoyed gardening, bowling and cooking, life member of the Sistersville Volunteer Fire Dept. and member of the ACTS Charitable Mission.
In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by two nephews, Robbie L. Moore and David R. DeVore.
Surviving are his children, Rich (Cami) Williamson and Tammy (David) Coe both of New Martinsville, WV; brother, Eddie (Bev) Williamson of Sistersville, WV; sister, Barbara (Denny) DeVore of Homosassa, FL; five grandchildren; six great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Friends received 2 p.m. until time of Celebration of Life at 4 p.m., Sunday, April 16, 2023 at the ACTS Charitable Mission, 400 N Main Street, New Martinsville with Pastor Tim Anders officiating. Graveside service will be 10 a.m., Monday, April 17, 2023 at Greenlawn Memorial Park in New Martinsville, WV.
