Obituary for Heather Ann Fisher (O'Neil)
Heather Ann Fisher, 47, of Proctor, WV left this life after enduring a major heart attack on Tuesday, August 29, 2023.
Heather was born February 15, 1976, in New Martinsville, WV daughter of Richard J. O’Neil of Proctor and the late Vicki (Koellner) O’Neil.
She was a billing and insurance clerk for Northwood Heath Systems, she enjoyed growing and arranging flowers and she loved her family.
Surviving in addition to her father is her husband of eight years, Darvin Fisher; daughter, Nicole (Dillon) Huggins of New Martinsville, WV; granddaughter, Lily; two bonus sons, Dakota Fisher and Destin Fisher both of Moundsville, WV; brother, Richie (Carol) O’Neil of Manhattan, KS; two nieces, Cierra and Shenley and several friends.
Friends received noon until time of service at 3 p.m., Sunday, September 3, 2023 at the Jarvis-Williams Funeral Home, 1224 S Bridge St., New Martinsville, WV.
