Ginger L. Wilcox, 68, of Paden City, WV died Wednesday, April 12, 2017 at her home surrounded by her family.

Ginger was born November 18, 1948 in New Martinsville, WV; daughter of Betty J. (Ludolph) and the late Kenneth Slider.

She was the city recorder for many years in Paden City, loved mowing grass, very creative and member of St. Paul United Methodist Church in Paden City.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her husband, Wayne “Weiner” Wilcox (2012); uncles, Gary and Paul Ludolph and brother-in-law, Joe Gorney.

Surviving in addition to her mother, are her son, Chad (Tiffany) Wilcox of Brownsville, OH; brother-in-law, Carl (Patty) Wilcox and sister-in-law, Roxanne Gorney all of Paden City, WV and special pet, Jesse and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Friends received 4-8 p.m., Friday, April 14, 2017 at the Jarvis-Williams Funeral Home in Paden City. Funeral service will be 11 a.m., Saturday, April 15, 2017 at St. Paul United Methodist Church in Paden City with Pastor Sheri Kernik officiating.

Interment to follow in Paden Memorial Garden in Paden City.
