Rine, Betty Lou, 77, of New Martinsville, WV died Friday, April 12, 2013 at The Heritage in St. Marys, WV.

Betty was born January 6, 1936 in Follansbee, WV daughter of the late Wilbur and Gertrude Braham Baker.

She was a retired cafeteria supervisor for Wetzel County Schools, beginning her career at Central Grade School and finishing at New Martinsville School, she loved gardening, flowers, the beach her family and grandchildren and a member at First Church of God and Mater Dolorosa Catholic Church in Paden City.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Don Rine (1994); sister, Dorothy Long and son-in-law, Billy G. Howell.

Surviving are three daughters, Linda (Jan) Smittle, Pam (Orion) Neff and Kim Howell all of New Martinsville, WV; brother, Keith Baker of Follansbee, WV; sister, Ellen (Al) Graham of New Martinsville, WV; special sister-in-laws, Ruth (Jim) Jackson and Doris Jean Rine; four grandchildren, Lacy J. Knight, Cassie Neff, Levi Howell and Isaac Howell; two great grandchildren, Rylee and Sidney Knight and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Friends received 1-3 and 6-8 p.m., Sunday, April 14, 2013 at the Jarvis-Williams Funeral Homes, 1224 S Bridge St., New Martinsville, WV where service will be held 1 p.m., Monday, April 15, 2013 with Pastor Larry McCallister officiating.

Interment in Greenlawn Memorial Park in New Martinsville, WV.
