Dear ones all, our thoughts and prayers are with you all as you mourn the loss of your dear wife, mother, and grandmother. Dorothy is so special to so many. She has shared so much with all of us through her stories and pictures of days gone by. Her willingness to make the effort to preserve the memories of the tools and processes of Monroe County farm life has been wonderful. God be with you all as you lay your dear one to rest. Sincerely, Monroe County Historical Society board of Trustees
