I am saddened to having received news just a moment ago of Ruth's passing. So many memories, Ruth was such an exceptional person, kind hearted and gentle. In my last visit in Morgantown at the Glenn Oaks meeting house, Ruth came up to me and we hugged and talked of some of the times gone by. Her mind was sharp; she still had that gentle charm and twinkle in her eyes. She was a beautiful lady through and through. I remember the days growing up in Paden City, and the Band Box Cleaners. Outside of delivering newspapers, my first job was working for Bill and Ruth at the cleaners. Sweeping, taking out the trash, learning how to move furniture and clean carpets … I had learned a great deal from them, and will always be grateful for their kindness and patience. I will always cherish those memories. My prayers go with the Price family. Though we will miss our loved ones when they depart, I know that if we remain faithful, we will meet again. 1 Thess. 4:13-5:11
