To the Blair Family: We have been truly blessed to know David Blair and his family. David was an inspiration to so many of us as we raised our families and worked in the schools. David always gave of himself to the children of Wetzel County and never expected anything in return. He showed the most compassion for the students and those who worked in the system. He was a honest -to- goodness GOOD man. Thank you for the privilege of knowing him. Mike and Debbie Bates and family
